In case of wanting to cancel an order you will only be refunded if it’s canceled 7 days or less after confirmation of original order.
All measurements given are responsibility of the customer ordering. In case alterations are needed we need 5 days for inside Abu Dhabi and 7 days for other emirates. Alteration is free of charge.
When ordering please keep in mind the delivery date and alteration time (if needed).
To confirm your order a full payment has to be done on all orders
International orders require full payment + shipping fee in advance (*tax payment not included*). We don’t offer alterations for international orders.
Any order not picked up after 20 working days after being ready will be automatically canceled.
